You’ll deal with:
  • planning and realization of sales strategies

  • leading and developing a team of 4 employees; achieving a mutual goal by well-organized work of the team

  • monitoring and reporting results accomplished by the team in Pipedrive

  • improving and implementing new sales processes where necessary

  • constant cooperation with the IT department to ensure the highest quality of sales measured by the revenue from happy customers (NPS >=9)

  • close cooperation with the marketing department in order to be delivered with sales qualified leads

Let’s talk if you have:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in software or IT outsourcing services for international customers

  • outstanding people management skills and 3+ years’ experience in team management, including leading team of 10+ employees, motivating and providing meaningful feedback

  • experience in inbound and outbound sales strategy, Time & Material and body leasing model

  • analytical mind and if you feel comfortable working with numbers, incl. using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and operating the day to day business

  • fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with foreign clients

  • professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility for the customer. Good organization of work, independence, and professionalism

It would be great for you to have as well:

  • know-how in the area of producing mobile and web applications

  • software product sales experience for an international corporate client

  • experience in managing both the sales and marketing team
